Catalog Description

ENGR 1166 -  provides an in depth study AWS serverless cloud application development.
We will be focusing on building fully functional web sites leveraging AWS implementation
of the javascript node.js runtime environment. The course will leverage awseducate.com
the amazon classroom environment to allow students to build projects within an allocated
per student budget on the AWS platform.

Objectives

At the end of the course, the students should be able to build web applications on the AWS platform
as well as understand the complex procedures in place that relate to AWS cloud computing.

General Requirements & Expectations

1. Attendance: Students are expected to attend all lectures. Attendance will be taken.

Reading and book assignment: Students are expected to read and do the assignments
outlined in the book.

2. Make sure you check your UCONN.EDU e-mail account regularly, or have it forwarded to
an account that you use regularly. Otherwise you may miss important announcements.
